I can see the importance of being able to print shipping labels, Adele24.
For now, you can only print them in QuickBooks Point of Sale. To print labels without using the Shipping Manager, you can follow the steps below:
- Open a Sales Order or Customer Order.
- Enter the customer name in Customer Info, then select their record or enter a new customer’s name and info, select Save & Select.
- Select Enter shipping Info, enter the Ship To address then select OK.
- Enter the Shipping Details then select OK.
- From the Shipping Info area, select Options, select Print Mailing Label, then select Print.
- Choose the Label type, then select Continue, then OK
