Shipping Module

shipping manager does not open.

i have quick-books 2018 premier desktop. I can open the file on two computers all the time but the shipping manager is always a problem, most of the time it would work on one computer but not the other.

please help.

I click on UPS or USPS and nothing happens.

Hi @Sam_JF,

 

The first thing I'd suggest you do is to update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. This way, you can ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) version is up-to-date.

 

If the same issue persists, you can repair your QBDT installation. Here's how:

  1. From the Start menu, select Settings.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Look for your QuickBooks Desktop version on the list and click on it.
    • If you see the Modify button, press it. That will start the repair install process.
    • If you see the Modify button but it's grayed out, then you can uninstall and reinstall QBDT.

If you don't see the options I mentioned above, or if you're unsure, it would be best to speak to our Technical Support team for help. They can walk you through with this process.

 

Here's how:

  1. On your QuickBooks homepage, go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Tap the Contact us button.
