Shopify to Quickbooks sync

I can share some information about connecting Shopify to QuickBooks Online.

The way transactions import into the system will depend on the setup of your third-party app. If there are configurations that you need to make on how it syncs, I suggest contacting the Shopify Support Team.

Since the data is coming from them, they'll need to take over and help you further with the integration. You can visit this link to contact support: https://www.shopify.com/contact.

You can also visit the Intuit Apps Center to check for apps that can help you with the import process. Here's how:

1. On the left panel, go to Apps.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Search for apps.

You may set the 3rd app to sync some activities only. Another option, you are using 2 different apps to separate the data. An inventory management app to process Sales Order and a connector to process Sales Receipt.
