Let me share some information about the availability of the signature capturing feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Right now, the option to capture signatures is only available in QBO for mobile. While this feature is not yet available, you may want to send a request through feedback so they'll know your product preference. I'll make sure to do the same thing on my end.
Here's how you can send your comments and suggestions:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Click Feedback.
- Type in your feedback or feature request.
- Click Send Message.

Just in case you need help with something else from a live technical support, feel free to reach them out through the steps below:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
- Select Contact US on the pop-up.
- Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field and choose Continue.
- Click Get a callback.
- Enter your contact information.
- Select Call me.
