Good morning, @kar1o.
It's great to see you back in the Community. It's my priority that you're able to get a better connection with your bank in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account.
First, let's ensure that you're QuickBooks is updated to the latest version. After updating to 2019, 2020, or 2021, your company file will work to its full potential.
Next, disconnecting and reconnecting the bank feed can help the speed of the connection. Don't worry. I can walk through the steps. Here's how:
Disconnect
- Go to the Lists menu.
- Choose the Chart of Accounts option.
- Right-click on the account and hit Edit Account.
- Select the Banking Settings tab.
- Press Deactivate all online services. Hit OK to confirm afterward.
- Tap Save & Close.
Afterward, you can reconnect the bank feed and your connection should be more secure and working faster. If you're continuing to dace delayed issues with your bank feed, then I recommend having your professional IT support check your internet speeds.
These details should get you back on track. I want to make sure that you're able to get back to running your business. I value you and the success of your business. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Have a great day!
