On the other hand, we've recently updated our customer care experience. The best way to reach our support team is to sign in to your account, select the Help icon on the top right, and then Contact Us at the bottom of the panel.

HI my payroll update will not download

Are you using the QuickBooks Online Payroll or QuickBooks Desktop Payroll version? This information will help me give you the correct details in updating your payroll.
If you're using QuickBooks Online, you'll want to try logging in to a private (incognito) browser to check if updates made into your payroll information were changed. If so, you can go back to the main browser and clear the cache. Other supported browsers will also help you identify if the issue you're experiencing is a browser-related one.
QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, on the other hand, you can refer to the Fix Error When Updating Desktop or Payroll article to help you troubleshoot the possible errors you're getting and then update the payroll tax table again.

You have to take the proper steps to REQUEST a callback or chat.
You can also use the Search bar at the top of ANY page, here in the community, to find answers to most questions. In doing so, I found a link that may be of help. If I'm wrong, feel free to use that search bar.
i can't log into my quickbooks account. Can someone please call me. I keep getting routed in circles.
