You can connect to our technical support team via a browser. Let me guide you on the process:
- Head to the Contact support page at this link.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Mac.
- Click on Search for something else and enter a brief description of your concern in the search box.
- Hit Search.
- Select Start a Message.
If the same thing happens, you can open the support page link using a private browser. There are times when the cache and cookies in your browser may be corrupted which leads to navigation issues. The following are the shortcut keys you can use:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If this works, clear your regular browser cache. This is to remove the damaged and corrupted files.
