I'm here to share some information when managing user roles, caroline-preedy.

When users have access to your customer and suppliers' data, they'll be able to view any transactions related to customers and suppliers.

If you want to hide any supplier's-related transactions to a specific user, we can limit their access to only customers. Let me guide you with these steps:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Manage users.
  2. Locate the user's name and then click Edit.
  3. Select Standard user in the User type drop-down.
  4. Select Limited and then uncheck the Vendors field.
  5. Modify other roles if needed.
  6. Click Save.

I've also added these references that have detailed information in managing user permissions:

There you have it, caroline-preedy. Feel free to get back to this thread if there's anything that I can help with. Keep safe!
