I'm here to share some information when managing user roles, caroline-preedy.
When users have access to your customer and suppliers' data, they'll be able to view any transactions related to customers and suppliers.
If you want to hide any supplier's-related transactions to a specific user, we can limit their access to only customers. Let me guide you with these steps:
- From the Gear icon, select Manage users.
- Locate the user's name and then click Edit.
- Select Standard user in the User type drop-down.
- Select Limited and then uncheck the Vendors field.
- Modify other roles if needed.
- Click Save.
