Is there a way to stagger sending invoice emails. Our ISP has throttling turned on to prevent spammers using the service. As a result many of our invoices aren't being delivered when we do a batch run creating invoices as we have more invoices than the hourly limit of emails.
We have quickbooks desktop and are using outlook to send emails.

Let's add the Intuit's service email address in your lists of accepted senders. This will allow your ISP to recognize the @intuit domain as a trusted site.
If you're still getting the same results, I suggest contacting the ISP to evaluate the security settings for your email profile.

I think you misunderstood my question.
The invoice emails are sending without any issue. We are batching the invoices which what is creating the problem.
It is not an issue of being a trusted site. Our ISP has a limit of the number of emails that can be sent in one hour. The number of invoices being generated and sent are exceeding this limit. The ISP won't change the limit for us.
We need a way to generate all the invoices in one run but then limit how many are sent per hour so our ISP won't block the ones that go over the limit of sent emails allowed.

Technically, QuickBooks Desktop has no limit when it comes to sending invoices via email. The limitation is from your email provider, and we no longer have access to their program. You can check with your email provider if they can set a limitation for sending invoices.
