Stop quickbooks desktop 2019 enterprise from automatically adding shortcut to all users' desktops on Terminal Server
I have quickbooks desktop enterprise on a terminal server (rdp); quickbooks places the quickbooks shortcut icon on every user desktop; I noted that it's in the c:\users\public folder; if I try to delete the icon from there, it states that it will delete the quickbooks executable from the program files folder. The same thing happens if I try to remove the quickbooks icon from my user's account on the terminal server. How can I remove the icon from automatically being added to all users' windows desktop? Only 3 out of 120 people need it, those 3 people can add it manually, the rest don't want it adding to their windows desktop.
