Struggling to have address labels print correctly (Avery #5260).

They are printing too close to the left and are cutting off half the clients name on the top.  We are printing from file tab, labels, format #Avery #5260, column by column.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Struggling to have address labels print correctly (Avery #5260).

It's good to hear from you today, housecallsvet.

You can modify the alignment settings before printing your client's name.

Let me show you how:

  1. Click File at the top menu bar.
  2. Choose Print Forms and select Labels...
  3. On the Print Labels window, click the Align.
  4. Set the Alignment Grid and hit OK.

Once done, try to print a sample to check the alignment. If you're still getting the same problem, you can follow the additional steps in the articles below:

You can always get back to me if you have any other QuickBooks questions. I'd love to help. Have a great rest of your day.
