Subscription

It appears my iPad and my phone are two different subscriptions.  I was trying to upgrade to the QuickBooks online to the version that tracks your miles using gps.  I am confused about what I did wrong. Help

We'll have to check how many subscriptions you have, Andrewjameskerr.

 

You can log in to CAMPS using your Intuit credentials. This is a one-stop website where you can access and manage your products and services. 

 

Once you're logged in, you can check your subscriptions and services. From there, you can cancel an account if you have 2 subscriptions.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Products an Services section.
  2. Find the subscription from the list.
  3. Choose Details, then click Cancel service.
  4. Choose a reason for the cancellation.
  5. Click Cancel on Next Billing Date to confirm.

If your account is found but there are no products listed, I suggest contacting our customer care to have your subscriptions checked. Here's how:

  1. Inside your iPad, click the Menu or 3 horizontal lines icon.
  2. Go to Help & Feedback and choose Help & Support.
  3. Choose Billing & Subscriptions, then click Get Phone Number.
