Suddenly invoices will not go out to our customers. Do you know how to check this problem?

I can share some insights on why invoices are not going out to your customers.

 

Currently, there's an open investigation about customers not receiving the emailed invoices created in QBO. Our Product Engineers are investigating the cause of the issue, so you can work with QuickBooks seamlessly.

 

As a workaround, you can download the invoice and send it outside of QBO.

 

While we are unable to tell when this issue will be resolved, I suggest contacting our phone support. We'll add you to the list of affected users and send you email notifications.

  1. Click the Official Intuit Contact link.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select an issue type from the menu below, you need only to select two options for the contact information to appear.
  4. Click Get Phone Number at the bottom.

I will also update this thread once I receive notifications.

Suddenly invoices will not go out to our customers. Do you know how to check this problem?

We are still experiencing this issue! Intermittent issue..Never know when an invoice with cc payment link goes out....very difficult to receive payment and stay in business. EXTREMELY frustrating. Quickbooks, please fix ASAP. I have contacted support multiple times over the last several months....No one cares.
