Super Long Receipt

Is there a way to take multiple pictures of a receipt that is really long and store them as one expense transaction? So basically take a picture of the top half and then the bottom, but store them together under 1 expense.

Re: Super Long Receipt

Thanks for the great suggestion, @Anonymous mom.

Our goal is to make QuickBooks Self-Employed into an all-in-one tool for all kinds of self-employed businesses.

The ability to attached multiple pictures of your receipts to one transactions would certainly be convenient to you and your business. Currently, this is not available.

What you can do is to compile the multiple pictures into one file. You can save it as a PDF file and manually attached it to your transaction.

Here's how:

    1. Open PPT.
    2. Put the cut images one by one.atach 1.gif

    3. Click File.
    4. Choose where you want to save the file.
    5. Click the drop-down under File typeattach.jpg

Once you have created the consolidated PDF file of your receipts, you can proceed with attaching it to your transaction via the regular web.
