Sync with Etsy No Longer Working

I have been using Sync with Etsy for some time, so I am aware of how it works. As of 12/31/21 Sync with Etsy is no longer sending transactions to Quickbooks Online. I was able to get it to reconnect by going into Sync with Etsy settings, but only expenses were being sent over, not sales. I decided to disconnect the plugin and reconnect to see if this helped. When I try to reconnect, however, I constantly get the following error:

This issue with Etsy has been resolved with QuickBooks Online. If the issue still persists on your end, I suggest you reach out to Etsy's customer support team. They can walk you through it and assist you in real-time.

 

You can look for their contact details on their respective websites.

 

Otherwise, you can also perform basic browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Stored cache on the computer can cause unexpected behavior while using the application.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

 

If it works, kindly proceed with clearing your cache. This helps improve the performance of the application.
