Let's sign in to your QuickBooks Online account to see it. Here's how:

1. Login to https://qbo.intuit.com/.
2. Go to Help at the top.
3. Scroll down and select Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief description of your case and then tap Continue.
5. Click Callback.

With the above steps, we'll save your spot and call you back.
