Let me guide you in the right direction for you to be able to connect with our Phone support.

 

To contact us, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company account.
  2. Click the Help icon on the top right.
  3. Click Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Enter a short description about your concern.
  5. Click on Let's talk.
  6. Choose Get a callback.
  7. Enter your information.
  8. Click Confirm my call.

Once done, please be on the look out for a call. One of our agents will reach out to you and will be able to pull up your account information and help you with your issue.
