Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I can show you how to get in touch with the Support Team.
This can be done directly through your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Choose Contact Us at the bottom of the panel.
3. Enter Support in the field, and click Continue.
4. From here you can choose to schedule a callback for a time that is convenient to you.
You're always welcome to ask any questions you have here in this space. I'll be around if there's anything else I can assist with.
