Thanks for this, but that was not the problem. I am reporting a bug. The address where you are reporting to confirm was correct, I confirmed it multiple times. Finally, after eFiling with the INCORRECT address, I figured out the only way to get to Intuit account info that showed incorrect primary user and business address information. All information in the Quickbooks account was correct prior to creating the 1099s (it was updated after we moved in June 2021). I'm not sure why a user would confirm an address that would then not be the one actually used on the 1099 creation, which is why a bug should be filed with development.
Now I need to know how to file a correction with the corrected address.

At this time, QuickBooks Online only allows you to file your 1099 once. However, any updates or corrections can be made in a printed copy and sent in by mail to the IRS.
