Buy nowThere's an area called "Business Feed". It says "Hey Dana! I've got ideas for where you might want to focus today.". First off, it's poorly punctuated, second, it's a computer. It cannot have ideas. Also, they ridiculously insist that the word "Invoice" be in the subject line of an invoice. Why on earth would they think to write for their users? Do they think their users cannot write the subject lines they need? Who thinks of this stuff? (Maybe AI developed the feature set. Who knows?)
Hi there, @office343.
I understand that the new functionalities may interfere with your workflow. While it's not possible to disable these features at the moment, I will forward your request to our Product Development team for future consideration.
These AI-driven features were designed to enhance usability and streamline management tasks. However, we recognize that each user has unique preferences, and your feedback is essential in helping us find a better balance between automation and user control.
To make sure your feedback reaches our Product Development team directly, we recommend using the Send Feedback option in QuickBooks Online.
This option allows you to share your suggestions directly with the team responsible for product improvements.
Here’s how you can submit your feedback:
Your feedback is essential in helping us improve QuickBooks for all users. Feel free to reply to this post if you have any further concerns or questions.
Please do not insult our *actual* intelligence by simultaneously referring to AI as implemented by intuit as "functionality" and acknowledging that it is an imposition that interferes with our workflow. If it interferes, it is dysfunctionality.
To further insult us, you suggest we complain about it to people who spent stockholders' money adding it in the first place. Such complaints will likely fall on deaf ears if those paying the monthly ransom ask that it be disabled. For years, people asked that the online version have an interface similar to that of the desktop product. The developers, or whoever reads those things, didn't listen then. Why would they listen now?
I'll suggest to whoever it is that reads these forums that they allow those with actual intelligence to disable the feature, but they'll never do it. We both know that.
