Let's get your QuickBooks Online (QBO) size changed, ess1.
You can hold the "Ctrl" key and press the "+" sign simultaneously on your keyboard. Or, you can hold the "Ctrl" key and then scroll up to change the size when viewing QuickBooks.
You can also check the settings on your computer to make sure it displays all pages properly. QBO requires these settings:
- Screen resolution set to 1024x768 or higher
- Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to "Normal" or "100%"
After that, please refer to the steps below to change the font size in your browser:
- On the upper right, go to the menu icon (looks like a three-dotted line).
- Locate the Zoom option.
- Choose the plus (+) icon to zoom in and make the page larger. It should be set to 100% or lower to display the full page.
I've added this link to help you choose which browser to use in order to get the best out of your QBO experience: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Let me know if you need anything else aside from changing the size of QuickBooks. I'm always right here to help you.
