It wasn't working for me, earlier.  But it seems to be now.  Maybe try again?

Thanks for stopping by the Community. I'm here to help. Below I'm listing the steps to connect with our support team.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

From here you can select the best option that works for you, whether that be the Call me Back feature or the Live Chat.
