1. Sign in to QuickBooks.
2. Click Help (?).
3. Choose Talk to a human.
4. Hit Talk to a human again.
5. Enter your concerns. Then, hit I still need a human.
6. Click on Contact Us, then choose the method to contact support (Chat, Callback, Etc.).

Yes, I’m well aware of how to do this. Thank you for the info. I chatted with two different individuals via the online chat (since that is the only option), for 2 hours on 8/10/20. I have not had any follow up. So when I follow those steps to chat with someone again, the link is disabled. It is gray not green.

You'll want to contact our Customer Care Support so you can speak with our phone agents and follow up on your case. Just provide your Case ID from the last time you chat.
