The dashboard that shows how I am doing on the main page has gone and all I have is bank info. In addition the mileage app does not appear on my mobile display.

Hi There 

 

You can download the QuickBooks Online mobile app to access your account and bring up the invoices in your android device. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to QuickBooks Mobile App or open Google Play on your device.
  2. Search for QuickBooks Online
  3. Select Install.
  4. Use the same user ID and password to sign in to the app.

You may be asked to enter a one-time code to confirm your identity. Once confirmed, you can continue into your account.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this issue sorted out so you'll be able to utilize the mobile app smoothly.

 

There are several steps to be performed when you encounter any performance issues in the app, like the missing mileage app and dashboard data. This process refreshes your data and fixes the most app-related problems.

 

Let's start with toggling your data connection on your device. If it's connected to Wifi, turn it off and use cellular data. However, if you're connected to cellular data, connect to Wifi.

 

If the problem continues, I recommend let's clear your app. There are two ways on how to do it, depending on your device. 

 

For Andro

  1. From More Options ⋮, select on Settings.
  2. Press on Refresh Data.
  3. Choose on Yes.

For IOS:

  1. From the Menu ☰, select on Help & Feedback.
  2. Hit on Refresh Data.
  3. Click on Refresh.
