This sounds like the same thing that happened to me. I have a separate thread going about it but nobody mentioned it may be a known issue?
Hi,
I'm an employee having the same problem. I went back and looked at my old checks in the system and they have had their addresses switched back to my old one as well. Is Intuit going to fix this bug soon? I need to submit my paychecks to get approved for a home loan and can't do it with my old info on them. Thanks!
We're doing our best to get this fixed as soon as possible, Lweston.
Rest assured that our engineers are working hard to get it resolved. If you haven't reached out to our customer support yet, please do. We're taking notes of the affected customers. You can follow Catherine_B steps on how to get in touch.
Once it's fixed, you can already create paychecks without any issues.
