Typically, Intuit Intelligence operates seamlessly in the background and won't interfere with your screen, even when you click the Edit button.
You can try adjusting the volume of your screen by pressing the Ctrl button and rolling your mouse wheel.
If the issue persists, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps using a private or an Incognito window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N.
This will provide a fresh browsing session, free from old data that might be interfering with the page.
You can also use other supported browsers in QuickBooks.
