Anyone else having this problem, and how's it going?

Good Morning, @Hartley Singer

It's great to see you back in the Community. There's an on-going investigation (INV-46124) with the connection between PayPal and QuickBooks Online (QBO). This means that other users are having the same issue as well.

You can easily get added to a list of affected users by contacting our Customer Support Team. Once you're added to the list, you'll receive email updates on this matter. Here's how:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. Give a brief description and hit Let's Talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback

That's it!

Should you need any further assistance, feel free to ask. I'm always here to lend a helping hand. Bye for now!

I tried the "support" team more times than I care to remember.

They are useless, tell me engineers are "working on it" and they have no further information.  Half a dozen times I asked for a supervisor to call me back, they took my phone number and never got a call back.

This problem has been going on for OVER FOUR MONTHS and there's no progress, no clue when the problem might be solved, or even what the problem is.

At this point I'm weighing the option of quitting Quickbooks altogether.  Not a pleasant thought, but I've had it with being "ghosted"
