As much as I would love to take care of this, we're unable to pull up your account here in the Community space without asking for personal details. I don't want them to be displayed here for security purposes.

 

That said, I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and verify the ticket/case number.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.

I have been on the phone from 9:10 am  to 12:45 pm - and my issues were many - just would like a call back when issues resolved.  Please call my cell # [removed]

We're unable to initiate a call here in the Intuit Community, michelleaagd-21.

 

Phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue.

  3. Click Contact us and choose a way to connect with us:
