In QuickBooks Online, the sidebar cannot be customized to include Customer directly. To access customer information, you navigate to the Sales menu and then open the Customer Hub.
The top search bar helps you find transactions and lists, but it doesn’t show whether an estimate has been approved. To see the approval status, you’ll need to go to the Estimates section and open the estimate directly.
Here’s how:
- Go to My Apps in the left sidebar.
- Choose Customer Hub and then select Estimates.
- Find the estimate you want to check the status of.
