Should you need to speak with our Customer Care team. You can either reach us through chat or request a callback. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon within your QuickBooks company, then click the Talk to a human option (type it again if prompted).
  2. Select I still need a human.
  3. Click the Contact us link.
  4. Enter the details of your concern, then click Let's talk.
  5. Select either Send a message (if you preferred chat) or Get a callback

I have tried to talk to someone and it does not seem possible. Chat is handed off to someone with limited english so it is very frustrating.

Can you give us more details about your concern? Can you also tell us what happens when you try to reach out to our phone support team?

I figured it out on my own after dealing with the person that wasn't able to understand the question. If you are going to outsource, at least make a phone number available to talk to someone with English as their first language.
