Customized sales forms templates created in QuickBooks Desktop confined to the company file in where they were created. Hence, these can't be imported.
You'll want to use and customize form templates in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. Here's how:
- Select the form type (invoice or sales receipt) you’d like to customize.
- Choose the Current Template drop-down menu.
- Select New Template, then choose a template to customize.
- Then, select Edit Current Template.
