I have two companies that I recently switched over to using Quickbooks Online. One company works fine and I can see my local bank balance and credit card balance that I linked to. AND, I can see my Quickbooks Register Balance (the one I use daily to write checks, etc.).
When I go to the Transactions/Banking window in my other company, the ONLY accounts that I can see are my local bank and credit card that I linked to. I can NOT see my Quickbooks register balance.
When I want to use my register, enter a bill, etc., instead of just clicking the account on the Transactions/Banking window, I have to go back to the Dashboard, scroll down, find my Quickbooks Register balance, click on it to be brought to my register.
This might seem like a little thing but it bothers the heck out of me. Any help is much appreciated.

Let me walk you through on how to view your QuickBooks Register Balance in your QBO account. You can sort the transaction by date in the bank register to view the balance. Please follow these steps on how:
Once done, you can view the opening balance of the bank account. You can also enter a transaction by clicking the Add check drop-down.

I had a hard time replying. Not sure if I replied under a guest account or not.
My issue is that my Quickbooks Register balance does NOT show up on the Banking window. I can see my local bank register balance (not what I use in QB - just from the bank), my charge card, but NO QB Register.
