Troubleshooting Print in Firefox

Checking your printer setup for QuickBooks Online

  1. Go to All apps A bunch of numbers and letters on a tile wall., select Sales & Get Paid, then select Invoices (Take me there).
  2. Select and open the invoice you want to print.
  3. Select Print or download, then select Print.

  3. Select Print or Preview, then select Print or Preview again.
  4. From the Print preview page, select Print.

Check Firefox page settings

  1. Select Menu ☰, then select Print.
  2. Make sure the Save to PDF option is not selected and the correct printer is shown in the Destination field.
  3. Make sure the orientation is set to Portrait.
  4. Select More settings ▼ dropdown to open additional options.
  5. Make sure the scale is set to Fit to page width.
  6. In the Margins section, make sure the page margins are set correctly.
  7. Select Print.
