In QuickBooks Online (QBO), newly created products should appear in the PRODUCT/SERVICE drop-down menu when you’re trying to bundle them. However, one possible reason they might not appear is if the product was accidentally set to inactive.
To make sure the product is visible, I recommend double-checking its status to confirm it’s active and listed in your active product list.
Here’s how to check for inactive products and make them active:
- Go to the Products and Services page.
- Click the Filter icon.
- Under the Status drop-down, select All to display both active and inactive products.
- Locate your product, then click Make Active to update its status.
If the product is already active and still doesn’t appear, the issue might be related to your browser. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can perform to resolve the problem:
Start by refreshing your page or pressing
F5 to fix small browser issues. Make sure your internet connection is steady, and close any extra browser tabs. You can also log out of your account and log back in for a fresh start. Use
supported browser to improve performance.
If the issue persists, try working in an
Incognito/Private browsing window. This mode doesn't use your existing cache or cookies, which could be causing the problem.
