Join nowSometime during the last year, QB has hidden TEIN/SS#s from plain view. They ask some sort of question to verify something that doesn't populate. Yet another QB feature introduced with yet more flaws... Nothing can ever be rolled out nicely.
This is what the view looks like with 2 buttons and no text.... Can you please fix and make sure anything you add goes through proper QA? QBO is a joke.

There are cases we can experience unexpected behavior and issues from time to time. Cache problems might be the reason there's no text when verifying the vendor's SS/TEIN.
To isolate this issue, as an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. If you're still getting the same result, I'd suggest accessing your account via a private or incognito window.
Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:
Once logged in, go back to your vendors and verify their SSN/TEIN. If it rectifies the problem, clear the browser's cache. Clearing the history or log of sites resolves most issues with the web pages. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
