Unable to Email Invoices - XML Error

I got some steps that we can perform to get around the error. This way, you'll be able to email your invoices flawlessly. 

To begin with, please ensure you've downloaded the latest QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) update. This is to ensure the software is running with the recent features and improvements. 

If the issue remains, I recommend running the QuickBooks File Doctor. This scans your company file for errors and quickly fixes them. Let me show you how.

1. Create a backup copy of your company file to ensure the safety of your file in case you run into some issue.
2. Close your QuickBooks.
3. Download our QuickBooks Tool Hub
4. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
5. Follow the on-screen steps to install.
6. When the install finishes, open the tool hub on your Windows desktop.
7. Select Company File Issues.
8. Click Quick Fix my File.
9. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
