I reviewed our ongoing/solved investigations and can confirm our Product Investigations Team is familiar with an Error code:-81594 error message appearing when users try resubscribing.
Their recommendation is to check your billing information with the associated financial institution. If your account has incorrect details on file, you'll want to update it.
In the event your Billing Subscription info is already accurate, and you're still receiving this error, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care Team. They can pull up accounts in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create investigation tickets if necessary.

Here's how: 1. Click the Help (?) icon. 2. Choose Contact Us. 3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk. 4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Start messaging or Get a call.
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available. Once you're in touch with a representative, you can provide them with our previous investigation number, INV-46204.
