Unrecoverable error 15819 41387 but these numbers are gibberish?

Thank you for your response!  That is some great copypasta for sure.  However, in this case, there is no mystery to resolve by running through canned checklists and generic questions.  Rather, your software has done us the great service of generating the following error code: 15819 41387.  Can you please go ahead and escalate this to your Tier 9001 tech support so they can tell me exactly what this code means?

A live representative can look into your account securely and help you with fixing this unrecoverable error message. From there, you can also request a higher level of support and escalate this issue further.

To contact support:

1. Open your QBDT file.
2. Go to the Help menu, then tap on QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with support.

Support is open M-F 6 AM to 6 PM, and anytime or any day for QBDT Enterprise.

On the other hand, please make to update your QBDT to the latest release to get the latest update and fix some common issues within your file. Yes, the issue is that opening any company file, let alone taking any further action on my end does NOT answer my question.  Which I will restate as: "what is the meaning of this error code" ?

Thank you for the reply; I read it carefully.  It would seem however that you did not take the time to read mine.  Perhaps you would care instead to track down Dyno Laurence Karl for me in case they would care to continue to provide a higher level of support and escalate this issue further?

Let me share some information about the representative that you have mentioned. Dyno is a support representative and we can't open an account on our end.

Since you've previously spoken to one of our support, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team again. You can provide the previous case number to the next rep to streamline the process and avoid explaining the issue all over again.

Our Customer Support for Pro, Premier, Plus is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday). For Enterprise, any time, any day. Here's how:

1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Go to the Help menu of the company file, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Hit the Contact us link.
4. Provide a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.

Check this out, I am going to drop an example.  I get error code 404 on a webpage.  I am able to determine that, based on this information, that the problem was not on my end but on the hosting party.  You know why?  Because the Code 404 specifically correlates to File Not Found in the HTTP language.  I did not have to answer questions.  I did not have to provide personal information.  I did not have to make 8 posts in a forum.  No, I simply utilized the output from the developer as the developer intended.

Do you get the feeling they don't know?  If so, that's because they don't.

Any idea who actually wrote this software? 

I bet they had some blowout and "I'm taking my source code" followed by an "OK FINE I AM BETTER OFF WITHOUT YOU" resulted in

(i) a very expensive day for a delusional sucker,

(ii) a very happy day for our lovely Copypasta Checklist Correspondence Purveyors, to whom job security is just something the poors have to worry about, and

(iii) a lifetime of endless entertainment and opportunity for the fella who saw it coming and exited along with the soul that he had crafted.  I wonder what you're doing now; I imagine we are all probably using at least one of your subsequent products on the daily; well-done and hope to stand there with you in due time!.
