I upgraded my desktop to QB 2020 about 6 months ago. Since then every time I start my QB desktop it says it has updates ready to install, do I want to install them. If I click to install I aprove changes to my computer then nothing happens... nothing. Its as if I just X out, QB doesn't open, just nothing and then I have to go and try to open QB again and then I select install later so my QB will open and I can work. I tried to get help on theis once before shortly after I upgraded, but got busy and didn't take the time, but nothing has changed, it still does the same thing every time.
