Update issue

Hello, I'm using QB Desktop Pro and just got an update. After the update I was unable to use the program without signing up for some sort of new account. We needed to bill 27 cases today and could not get into the program. When I gave in tried to sign up it want a password. I had no idea what that was and it was not the password we us to open QB. What the heck are you doing Intuit? Blocking me from getting into my accounting! STOP IT! Just leave me alone and let me use the program. I finally was able to pick an option for more time but will have to deal with this when that time runs out in a few days. I am a small three employee business and don't need all these additional time consuming tasks. PLEASE, I do not need anything else. I just want to tend to my business. I was going to try calling tech support but could not afford the time sit on an extended hold just to get my program open.

As soon as I can find another software I am FINISHED WITH ALL THIS BS.

I DON"T WANT to create an intuit account. I have given you all the money you have charged for your software for the last 30 years and all I ask is LEAVE ME ALONE. Don't interrupt my work flow with this stuff. My office girl could not use our computer for an entire afternoon that you had our program shut down for this stupid account business. PLEASE just let me go about my business. Now I have another shut down to look forward to when my time runs out for setting up an account. You ask for my password which is not my password to open the program. I have NO IDEA what password you are looking for so it will be more hours of wasted time trying to figure that one out or spend untold time on hold to get a tech guy to help. GO AWAY, I have not needed this for the past 30 years and DO NOT need it now. At the very least give me an option to opt out of creating this new account.
