Update

We have Quickbooks 2020 Desktop Premier with 4 user licenses. I have the update set up for a shared update. The current release is R6P, but the other 2 PC's are still at R5P and when either of those open the company file, they get a message that someone else has opened the file with a newer version. When I perform an update, only 2 of the four PC's are updated. I have also tried updating them from the two PC's that are not updating. It says it has downloaded the updates and then says to shutdown and restart Quickbooks. I do that, but the F2 screen still shows as R5P. What am I missing here?

Thanks very much for the link. I kept reading that there was a way to manually update, but I couldn't find the correct site. It did the job and I've bookmarked the page. Thanks again.
