Join nowHello,
We recently updated to QB Desktop 2020 from 2017. When we go in to edit a customers credit card info we are not seeing the "Save" button. We have followed the steps listed here, https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/receive-payments/edit-a-customer-s-credit-card-inf... with no success.
Could this be a bug with the upgrade from Desktop 2017 to 2020?
Thanks,
Matt

Hello,
After spending hours on the phone with support we figured out the issue. In QB 2020 if you don't use Intuit as your merchant services you are not able to modify any credit card info. We use a 3rd party merchant account.
We were forced to upgrade to 2020 because of 2017 reaching EOL and services to our bank were being disabled. This change is an example where Intuit doesn't care about their customers and will force many of us to look at alternatives.
