I don't know anything about Techsoup, but you probably need to go back to them to make sure they gave you the correct License and Product Code. My guess is Intuit will not be able to help since they can't confirm the sale.
Be sure Techsoup has the email address you use for your Intuit account. It is also possible if you use one email address with them and a different with Intuit, that is why the new purchase is not showing up.
