You might have signed up for a new account, which is why you're prompted to provide your credit card information. This can also be the reason why you can't see any data that you've previously uploaded.
Let's log out first, then click the I forgot my user ID or Password link right below the Sign In button. An email will be sent to you that lists all Intuit accounts that's attached to your email address. Log in to both of them to check which is the correct one.
