Ideally, all the users can view and access the labels created by other users in Multi-user mode. Let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to get around this issue. I recommend using the Verify Rebuild utility tool in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
This utility tool is built-in to QBDT and automatically fixes minor company file issues. Let me guide you how.
To Verify:
- Go to the File menu.
- Select Utilities
- Click Verify Data.
To Rebuild:
- Go to the File menu.
- Select Utilities.
- Click Rebuild Data.
