Our Desktop versions of QuickBooks are UPS enabled. However, at the moment, the Shipping Manager only allows you to select from UPS domestic services, including UPS Ground®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air® Early AM®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS 3 Day Select®.

If you're using the QuickBooks Desktop, there is a way to integrate UPS Surepost using a third-party app. You can check this website to find Intuit compatible apps: https://desktop.apps.com/home

We also have a separate forum called Intuit Developers, where you can find engineers who can help recommend third-party applications for you to use. In this website, you can connect with engineers who can help with app integrations. They can also help you choose the best software to use for your sipping preference.

Are you using QB Online or QB Desktop? If you are using QB Online, utilize SS as thee shipping management app and the connector to UPS Surepost.

QuickBooks is supporting third-party apps that can help you have the features that are not available.

If you have a third-party app that is not integrated with QuickBooks, you can contact the app developer. This way, they'll be able to contact QuickBooks to have the app integrated.

If you are using QBD, you can use SS  as I mentioned earlier but you will need an additional app as the connector. I noticed it costs $99 per month. If you are interested to explore it, send your business email address in a private message to us.
