Hi, Info2402. This is possibly due to a sync issue or a temporary glitch with the app's cache. You can resolve this by refreshing the app's data, offloading the app, or performing a clean reinstall.
First, let's refresh your data to clear out temporary errors without deleting your account information. Once completed, restart your device and try opening the app again to see if your data loads.
If the data still won't load, let's perform an "offload" to clear the app's temporary files while keeping your login info and settings saved. To do this, go to your iOS Settings> tap General> select iPhone Storage> then find QuickBooks Online and tap Offload App. Once the offloading is complete, the button will automatically change to Reinstall App. Tap it to restore the app to your device while keeping your data intact.
In case offloading doesn't work, you should perform a clean reinstall to ensure any corrupted files are completely removed.
Alternatively, you may also access your account using a web browser.
Please don’t hesitate to leave us a response if you have other questions or concerns.
