Let's use your bank’s official website URL to help you connect your Venmo Business account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Gelatine.
You can visit your bank’s website directly, copy the URL from the browser’s address bar, and then paste that URL into the bank search box during the connection process in QBO. This method can help locate your bank if searching by name does not display your account.
Here's how:
- Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank transactions.
- Click Link account.
- Instead of typing your bank’s name, paste your bank’s official website URL into the search box.

If you have tried all the options matching your bank and still can't connect, or if your bank doesn’t appear, request support from your bank.
Alternatively, you can have the option to manually upload your Venmo business transactions to QBO to keep it updated and monitor accordingly. I've attached an article for the complete steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
After successfully uploading or connecting your Venmo transactions, remember to review and categorize them properly. For guidance, please refer to the article: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Moreover, I recommend scheduling a session with a QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted for personalized, real-time assistance. They can provide in-depth troubleshooting and tailored solutions to ensure the smooth operation of your account integrations.
