Want to eliminate Estimates that are recurring.

You'll need to go to the Recurring Transactions to delete the recurring estimates, @sales313. I'll provide the detailed steps for you below.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Gear Icon or Settings.
  2. Under Lists, select Recurring Transactions.
  3. Locate the estimates and select the drop-down icon.
  4. Choose Delete and click Yes to delete the template.

You can also check this resource to help you change a recurring transaction template: Edit a recurring template.

If you want to track your business performance and view your customers' estimates, you can generate the Estimates by Customer report in QBO.

Additionally, consider checking out our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team. They can help you with your estimates, invoices, or other sales form. Their expertise can enhance your accounting workflow.

If you have further questions about deleting recurring estimates, please leave a reply below. We're always available to attend to your concerns.
